These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of footcareonbay.com and any online features or services offered by FootCare on Bay. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account security

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to use the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, browser, and any credentials.

2. Informational content only – no medical advice

The Site provides general information. It is not a substitute for care provided by a licensed health professional. Do not ignore or delay seeking advice because of something you read on the Site. In an emergency call 911 or your local emergency number.

3. Appointments, cancellations, and payments

Online booking requires accurate information and acceptance of our clinic policies on confirmations, cancellations, late arrivals, deposits, and payments. Fees and insurance coverage vary by service and may change.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with Site operation or security.

  • Use automated means to access the Site except for legitimate search engine indexing.

  • Post or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.

  • Attempt to access data not intended for you or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Site, if any, in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FootCare on Bay and our personnel from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. By using the Site, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and forum

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Courts located in Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
